What exactly is a credit?

A credit is a penny of what the work costs us to run. Asking a question or making a one-line edit costs a handful; rewriting a template or updating content across many pages costs more. It is measured as the work happens, not counted per job.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Every account begins with 500 free credits. You are not asked for a credit card until you choose to subscribe. That is deliberately enough to give the Agent real work on your own site and judge it on the result rather than on this page.

What happens when I run out?

The Agent stops starting new work and tells you in chat. Nothing on your site changes, and nothing is lost. You can subscribe or buy a top-up and carry on from where you were.

Do I pay for each site, or for each person?

Neither. One subscription covers your account: every WordPress site in it and everyone on your team who talks to them. Its credits go into one balance that all your sites draw from.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the billing portal in your account. Your agent keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not ask why and there is nothing to negotiate.

What if it gets something wrong?

Tell it in the same conversation. WordPress keeps revisions of pages and posts, so most changes can be put back, and when a change can’t be undone your agent says so before it starts.
