What exactly is a credit?
A credit is a penny of what the work costs us to run. Asking a question or making a one-line edit costs a handful; rewriting a template or updating content across many pages costs more. It is measured as the work happens, not counted per job.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every account begins with 500 free credits. You are not asked for a credit card until you choose to subscribe. That is deliberately enough to give the Agent real work on your own site and judge it on the result rather than on this page.
What happens when I run out?
The Agent stops starting new work and tells you in chat. Nothing on your site changes, and nothing is lost. You can subscribe or buy a top-up and carry on from where you were.
Is it per site or per person?
Per site. One subscription covers one WordPress site and everyone on your team who talks to it. If you run several sites, each needs its own.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal in your account. Your agent keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not ask why and there is nothing to negotiate.
What if it gets something wrong?
You see the change before it goes live, which is the point of the review step. If something has already shipped and it is wrong, tell the agent in the same conversation and it will put it back — and you are not charged twice for fixing its own mistake.
