Acceptable use
This policy is part of the terms. It applies to everything you, or anyone you let into the chat, ask your agent to do.
Do not use your agent to
- Work on a site you do not control, or do not have the owner's permission to change.
- Publish spam, doorway pages built to game search results, or link farms.
- Publish fake reviews or testimonials, or content meant to deceive people about who wrote it or what it is.
- Publish content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Plant malware, run phishing, or collect people's data without a lawful basis.
- Attack, probe, scan or scrape systems you do not control.
- Get around another platform's rules, or around the limits of SiteSelf itself.
- Publish anything that is illegal where it is published.
The AI model's own rules
Your agent runs on a model from Anthropic, and Anthropic's usage policy applies to what you ask it to do. Where that policy forbids something this page does not mention, it is forbidden here too.
What happens if it is broken
We can suspend an account being used against this policy, and close it if it continues. Where someone is at risk, or the law requires it, we may act first and tell you afterwards.
Reporting misuse
If you think a site is being changed through SiteSelf against this policy, write to dev@refact.co.
